Bill Howe Plumbing can provide natural gas and propane water heaters with tank capacities from 30 gallons up to 120 gallons with heating capacities as high as 500,000 BTU. We offer residential water heaters with warranties of 6,8,10 and 12 years.

All Ruud/Rheem gas water heaters feature the Guardian System for the ultimate in gas appliance safety. Our feature residential product has always been our Ruud Professional Series water heater. This heater, available to licensed plumbing contractors only, carries a standard 8 year warranty (upgradeable to 12 years) on both the tank and all parts of the water heater.
